Lasse Lindtner
Lasse Lindtner is educated from The Norwegian Academy of Theatre 1977-1980. He is currently associated with the National Theatre, but has previously worked at Trøndelag Theatre and Den Nationale Scene, as well as playing the role of Peron in Evita at Kilden Theatre. On stage, Lindtner has played roles such as Edmund Tyrone in Long Day’s Journey to Night, Willy Loman in The Death of a Traveller, George in Who is afraid of Virgina Woolf?, Jevgenij Dorn in The Seagull, Javert in Les Miserables, as well as the title role in Hamlet. For many, he is probably best known from film and TV, both in roles in The Television Theatre and series such as Holms, The Seven Sisters, Hotel Cæsar,
West wind, Vazelina Wheel Calendar and By The Kings Table. Lindtner has also done several roles for the radio theatre on NRK, dubbed roles in films such as Aladdin, Ice Age, Lilo & Stitch, Mulan, Peter Pan, is the Norwegian voice of The Beast in Beauty and the Beast, and has read several audio books, including the Varg Veum series by Gunnar Staalesen.
